Dr. Hamideh Alai-Towfigh

Dr. Hamideh Alai-Towfigh is a Paedodontist at Toddlers to Teens Dental - Winnipeg in Manitoba

Dr. Hamideh Alai-Towfigh obtained a Bachelor of Science from Dalhousie University and a degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Manitoba. While working as a general dentist for several years, she found her passion in working with children which led to her pursue a specialty in pediatric dentistry and a Master of Dentistry from the University of Manitoba.

She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She holds memberships at the Canadian Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

She is a part-time instructor at the University of Manitoba. She keeps herself current through continuing education courses. She has done five dental missions overseas, including GuatemaIa, Peru, and most recently to Kenya. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies and sports and traveling for leisure. She welcomes new patients to her practice. She is fluent in French and Farsi.
